General

A recently renovated traditional house in the charming village of Maroni. Built on the amphitheater side of the old village. The house has a roofed internal veranda which leads to the two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) and to the open plan architecture living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a fire place. All the rooms are decorated with traditional and contemporary furniture and original artworks. It has two staircases (one internal and one external) which lead to the small attic which it can be used as a third bedroom and has direct access to the huge balcony and its panoramic view. You can enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding plantations of fruits and vegetables. You can also enjoy your lunch, dinner or drinks in the big yard under the lemon and fig tree (you can taste the freshness of the lemons and the delicious figs).

Here you can also enjoy the absolute peace, quietness and relax in the hammocks in the internal veranda. Although the climate is wonderful all year round the house is also   air conditioned. Something which is equally important that contributes to the highly vibrating environment is the fact that all beds are Geo-magnetically and elector-magnetically tested (following the Swedish Standards) to secure a relaxed healthy sleep. In addition, special device is installed in the water reservoir (based on the discovery of Dr.Masaru Emoto about the memory of water theory), giving you the chance to feel the positive energy impact during your shower.

There is the possibility to connect both maroni Sun and Moon via a door, in the case when two families or friends wish to rent both houses.

It is located in the old village center where you can find the necessary items in small shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach of the village is just 1.5 Km from the house, where you can enjoy your swimming and sunbathing (with a local canteen and restaurant). On your way back you can buy fresh local vegetables and fruit directly from the local producers. It does not get any fresher than that.

The village is just a few minutes drive from the villages Psematismenos, Tochni and Kalavasos and from the fishermen village of Zygi where you can enjoy the harbor, the boats and eat fresh fish and local gastronomy.

In the surrounding area you can also visit the archaeological site of Choirokoitia (5th millennium BC), the archaeological site at Kalavasos Tenta (7th millennium BC), thematic museums of the Golden donkey farm, and the camel park.

The location of Maroni offers easy access to all areas of Cyprus. With in 35 min you could be to Limassol, Nicosia, Larnaka and other important locations. Larnaca International Airport is only 25 minute drive.
